The Vanity's Fiend seems like an odd choice but the deck is looking good besides that. But are you able to summon the level 7 synchros easily without destroyer?
ReplyDeleteI'm also interested in seeing your take on XX-Sabers after TSHD. I've been wondering if Emmersblade are actually necessary now since many a time I find that it's difficult to find space for it.
The Vanity's Fiend serves two purposes:
ReplyDelete1) It enables a Special Summon of Dark Grepher
2) It can be copied by Hundred-Eyes Dragon to prevent the possibility of Gorz/Trag/Fader when you're going for game.
I usually find that I don't need the LV7 Syncs. The only one I would usually go for would be Chaos King Archfiend, which I keep in the Extra Deck just in case.
I almost never deviate from this group of Syncs:
Trishula
Wurm
Stardust
Hundred-Eyes
Goyo
Brio
Doom Dragon
Honestly, though, I think Trish (or Wurm in TCG) + Hundred-Eyes really outclasses almost everything else.
